Book a recovery experience

Higher State of Recovery

Prioritise the rest and recovery of your body and mind with a session in one of our tranquil spaces. Choose a 30-minute session in our Infrared Sauna or our Compression Recovery Boots – see all the details on how to secure your session via our Active World app.

If you are a member, sessions are included and you can simply book your chosen time. If you are a casual visitor, payment can be made for your session upon booking.

Step 1 – yOUR ACTIVE WORLD ACCOUNT

To get started you will need to download our app and create an account.

Download the Active World App
Create an account. If you are an existing member, you can log in or hit forgot password with the email you provided upon joining.

Step 2 – Choose your session

Next, you can find an Infrared Sauna or Compression Recovery session at a time that suits you. Please start at the home screen of the Active World app, to follow the below steps.

Select BOOK GROUP FITNESS from the home screen
Use the filters to find the activity you want to book
Select > Activity > RECOVERY SESSIONS
Select > Program > RECOVERY SESSIONS
Select > Level > INFRARED SAUNA or RECOVERY/COMPRESSION BOOTS
Tap Search to continue
Find the date & time of the session you would like to book and tap BOOK to continue

Step 3 – Complete your booking

Follow the prompts and enter your details to complete your booking. Please make payment as required (non-members only).

Member = Holds an active Higher State membership. You will need to select the member’s name in the booking.
Non-Member = A casual visitor or Hotel guest. You will be asked to enter your credit card details to finalise your booking.

Congratulations! You have successfully booked. You will be able to find your bookings on the Home Screen, by pressing MY SCHEDULE.
