Our Functional Training classes are 30-minute high-energy workouts that fit seamlessly into your busy schedule. This functional training program combines the latest in exercise science with progressive overload techniques, ensuring maximum results in just 30 minutes.
Functional Training classes are planned in 8 weeks blocks, getting progressively more challenging as you move through the 8-week period keeping you motivated, challenging yourself and seeing results.
