Conditions of Entry – Ultimate Wellness Experience Prize
- Information on how to enter and prize form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to any person residing in Australia who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
- Only one (1) entry per individual Instagram account will be accepted.
- Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 2:00pm (AEST) on 25 June 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) 31 July 2024. (“Promotional Period”).
- The competition will be promoted on the Higher State Melbourne Airport and Novotel Melbourne Airport channels; website (www.higherstate.com.au) and Facebook (www.facebook.com/higherstatemelbairport) and Instagram (www.instagram.com/higherstatemelbairport/ and www.instagram.com/novotelibisstylesmelbourneairp/) page.
- This competition is a game of chance. To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, follow @higherstatemelbairport and @novotelibisstylesmelbourneairp on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of a giveaway post.
- To be eligible for the prize, the winner must be following both Instagram accounts at the time of the prize draw, specified further below.
- All eligible entries from following required Instagram accounts and tagging a friend in the comments will be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries whereby the entry was not completed at the fault of the user.
- Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook (Meta) or Instagram. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta. - The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within three (3) working days of the draw date, the winner has five (5) working days to claim prize and their name and locality will be published on Higher State and Novotel social channels by 9 August 2024.
- If the winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place.
- Prize:
- Higher State Melbourne Airport wellness experience including 2 x 60-minute massage or facial treatments and 2 x Infrared Sauna sessions, plus access to the wellness space including indoor pool.
- Overnight stay in a Deluxe Room at Novotel Melbourne Airport with a full buffet breakfast for two including overnight car parking for one car.
- Total prize value is up to $920.00.
- Prize does not include transport to and from the location including flights and transfers from the arriving terminal.
- The prize must be redeemed prior to 30 December 2024 and is subject to availability.
- The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
